Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship across the UK and Europe, from our UK and EU warehouses. Peptides ship lyophilised and thermally protected. Shipping is free over £24.94; otherwise a flat £3.43 fee applies. Orders over £86.00 include a free 10 ml vial of bacteriostatic water. Orders ship once the cryptocurrency payment is confirmed.

Returns

As these are research reagents, opened or temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us through the contact form within 7 days and we will put it right.
