Quality, testing and documentation

Reproducible research depends on knowing exactly what is in the vial. That is the principle BritishPeps is built on: every product is documented batch by batch, so researchers can work from a known, verifiable reference compound. Everything set out below applies strictly to laboratory research use, not to human or veterinary use.

Documentation on every product

Every product page states the compound's CAS number, the molecular data (formula, molecular weight and, where applicable, sequence) and a written specification. You know what you are ordering before it ships: no unlabelled vials, no guesswork.

Purity and third-party testing

Peptides are supplied at ≥98% purity by HPLC and are third-party tested. Purity is documented batch by batch, so the figure on the specification reflects the vial you receive rather than a generic claim.

Certificate of analysis

We hold a certificate of analysis (CoA) confirming identity and purity at batch level. If you need the CoA for a particular batch, request it through the contact form.

Handling and cold-chain shipping

Products ship lyophilised for stability and are stored at −20 °C. Orders are packed cold-chain and thermally protected, and dispatched from our UK and EU warehouses in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. After reconstitution, solutions are kept refrigerated at 2–8 °C. See the reconstitution guide for laboratory handling.

An EU-registered supplier

BritishPeps is operated by UAB Nauja oda eshop, a company registered in Vilnius, Lithuania, company number 306079160, operating under EU commercial law. Payment is in cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT / USDC); orders ship once payment is confirmed.
